Get Involved!

As a parent of a Blooming Grove Academy student, you have the unique opportunity to be highly involved in your child’s educational experience. All too often, parents do not know how to be a part of their child’s school and sometimes even believe that teachers do not want parents to be involved. Blooming Grove Academy welcomes parental involvement!

Here are some words from our Volunteer Coordinator, Heather Hall.  She will assist you with any volunteer needs.

BGA Parents,

My name is Heather Hall and my daughter Avery will be in Early Learner II this year. I am also the Volunteer Coordinator for BGA for the 2010 / 2011 school year. I will be working as a Liaison between BGA Teachers/Staff and Parents to communicate areas of need for volunteers throughout the year. Most importantly, I will be working to assist all of you in completing your volunteer hours each month. As I am notified of volunteer opportunities, I will pass them along to you. Feel free to contact me throughout the year with questions related to volunteer opportunities. I can be reached via email at thehallz4@yahoo.com.

  • Our son has been attending Blooming Grove Academy for over 4 years. We like the emphasis the school places on the Corsini method of the 4 R's (responsibility, responsiveness, resource-fulness, and respect). Hand-in-hand with BGA we are teaching my son to be caring, respectful, open, and responsible not only for himself but those around him... [more]
